The program lasts <strong>one year<\/strong> and is organized into <strong>five channels<\/strong> designed for different goals: <\/p><ol><li><strong>Junior Academic<\/strong> \u2014 for those aiming to enter college or secure an undergraduate scholarship<\/li><li><strong>Senior Academic<\/strong> \u2014 for aspiring Ph.D. candidates.<\/li><li><strong>Professional<\/strong> \u2014 for those seeking to enter the job market in a specific sector.<\/li><li><strong>Startup<\/strong> \u2014 for those who dream of launching a business.<\/li><li><strong>&#8220;None of the above<\/strong> &#8221; \u2014 for those with an unconventional dream (even becoming an astronaut!).<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e8c3ff e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8e8c3ff\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-324e2a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"324e2a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What does it offer?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-77d6199 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"77d6199\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Each participant will be supervised by a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gathere.org\/en\/mentors\/\"><strong>multidisciplinary team<\/strong><\/a> of young researchers or professionals, scattered around the world, who have attended the best universities (Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, Stanford&#8230;). A program of excellence, \u201cfrom young people, for young people\u201d: mentors are on average 5-10 years older than the participants, to ensure a relationship of generational closeness and maximum empathy. <\/p><p>The program is completely free and provides a structured pathway to help each participant achieve their goal. Specifically:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Personalized mentorship<\/strong>: each participant is mentored by one or two mentors for ongoing support and periodic meetings.<\/li><li><strong>E-learning<\/strong>: access to an exclusive e-learning platform.<\/li><li><strong>Dashboard<\/strong>: access to a dashboard of study, research, and job opportunities worldwide.<\/li><li><strong>Learning Labs<\/strong>: highly interactive webinars on communication, public speaking, employment contract law, and startup building.<\/li><li><strong>Practical training<\/strong>: modules on essential skills not taught at school (writing an effective CV, handling interviews, preparing international applications, etc.).<\/li><li><strong>Training on Artificial Intelligence<\/strong>, essential to prepare for tomorrow\u2019s job market.<\/li><li><strong>Scholarships<\/strong> to support internships and study abroad experiences.<\/li><li><strong>Final
