She holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology, with a specialization in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, a diploma as an Electrical Technician, and an Executive MBA. Since 2025, she is also a Civil and Commercial Mediator. Through her consultancy AUROMED, she designs corporate academies, training programs, and coaching pathways, helping professionals and companies navigate complex changes in a structured and sustainable way.
