Maddalena Pacelli

Maddalena Pacelli is Coordinator and promoter of the Biotechnology and Biomedicine Business Unit at Eupaxx S.p.A Società Benefit, where she directs the strategic vision for the development of medicinal products for advanced therapies (ATMPs). She collaborates with major research institutions including La Sapienza University, Policlinico Tor Vergata, INBB, and the Gaslini Institute. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biotechnology and Genetics & Molecular Biology from La Sapienza University of Rome with top marks. She completed PhD studies in Immunogenomics at the Weizmann Institute of Science and is currently completing a PhD in Life Sciences at La Sapienza. She also holds an International Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Valencia in collaboration with Rome Business School. Maddalena has research experience in institutions such as IIT and MDC-BIMSB and contributes to scientific publications in immunogenomics, bioinformatics, machine learning, and biotechnology. She is passionate about innovation and transforming healthcare through precision medicine, establishing joint labs with universities and diagnostic labs.
