Michela is a neurobiologist passionate about startups and innovation, fueled by coffee. She aims to turn science into companies and products that shape a better future for all. With a solid background in biology and neurobiology, complemented by an MBA, she transitioned from the lab to working for a Venture Capital firm, focusing on technology and product transfer from academia to market. She currently serves as Venture Manager at one of Italy’s leading research hospitals, translating advanced scientific discoveries into patient-focused solutions through strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and startup creation. Determined and curious, Michela approaches each project with energy and adaptability, finding inspiration in the mountains, where she enjoys trekking, climbing, and ski mountaineering. She also prioritizes people and relationships, having trained at the Professional Counselling School “Sintema,” bringing special attention to supporting others both professionally and personally.
