Valentina Zappavigna graduated in 2020 in Work Management and Communication for Organizations and has been working for six years as an HR Business Partner in a multinational context, focusing on people, relationships, and organizational dynamics.
Her passion for debate and public speaking began during high school. These two areas are closely connected, as both help develop the ability to build arguments, listen actively, structure clear thinking, and communicate effectively. Over time, this passion also led her to become a trainer in high schools, as well as for teachers and professionals already active in the workforce.
She enjoys working as a public speaking trainer and closely with human resources because she believes in the value of knowledge sharing and in the power of communication as a tool to support people—helping them grow, gain confidence, and take responsibility for their professional development.
